2. How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will turn to be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning the human hair will, it shows white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split ends. It is normal but not a quality problem.
3. How many pieces hair do I need?
For hair weaves, 3pcs for 10-22inch, 4pcs for 24-40 inch for wholesale Vietnamese hair.
4. Can I dye/color the cuticle aligned hair?
Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade virgin hair extension in competitive price. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the Brazilian virgin hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.
5. What type of hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
3. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products for
a long time.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
6. If I order today , how long it takes for the shipment?
The hair will be shipped out within 12-24 hours in working day if we have stock for that, it takes 2 -4 working days to USA and Europe countries, 4-7 working days to Africa countries.
7. How about the return policy?
1. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after received the goods; please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
2. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the
buyer. We will respondable for the shipping cost if it's quality problem.
